Tony Sauvé is a seasoned Manager of Advanced Manufacturing with a diverse background in crafting high-tech solutions for industries ranging from consumer electronics to space exploration.
His journey in manufacturing has spanned the fast-paced world of cell phones to the awe-inspiring realm of space exploration. With a relentless pursuit of innovation and a keen eye for detail, he has led teams in developing cutting-edge technologies that have reshaped industries and pushed the boundaries of what’s possible.
In his role, Tony is passionate about harnessing the latest advancements in automation, robotics, and materials science to drive efficiency, quality, and sustainability across the manufacturing spectrum. Whether streamlining production processes for smartphones or engineering precision components for space exploration, he thrives on the challenge of delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Roland Chua brings over 20 years of experience leading high-volume global operations, supported by a mechanical engineering background and a master’s degree in management. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, while ensuring full compliance with international quality, environmental, and safety management standards.
Roland has a strong track record of reducing defects, streamlining processes, and improving throughput by applying Lean principles and waste-elimination strategies. He has led major initiatives including Lean deployments, ERP migrations, APQP programs, and customer qualifications. Earlier in his career, he served as a Lean Coach, guiding teams through structured problem-solving, capability building, and operational stabilization during periods of change.
As a champion of operational excellence, Roland builds disciplined processes, develops high-performing teams, and drives sustainable improvements that strengthen quality systems, delivery performance, and overall operational readiness.
In his role as Quality and Lean Manufacturing Manager at IMS, Roland delivers immediate value by enhancing the quality management system, reducing process variation, and leading Lean initiatives that improve flow, eliminate waste, and increase first-pass yield. His leadership strengthens compliance, lowers operational costs, and elevates customer satisfaction, positioning IMS for long-term growth and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Roland enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family.
