IMS Conflict Minerals Policy

IMS Innovative Manufacturing Source recognizes the importance of responsible sourcing and the potential risks associated with conflict minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold – 3TG) originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries. IMS is committed to responsible sourcing practices and does not knowingly procure or use conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups. As a downstream supplier, IMS relies on its supply chain to provide information regarding the origin of materials used in our products. At present, IMS obtains supplier declarations and available documentation to support conflict minerals compliance and continues to work with its suppliers to improve transparency within the supply chain. IMS will continue to assess its processes and enhance its due diligence efforts as required by customer and regulatory expectations.
